Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Konfi, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations:

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
• Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrectly delivered.

Reporting an Issue

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging is mandatory for verification.
• If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Refunds & Replacements

• For verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a replacement or refund will be processed.
• Verification typically takes 2–4 working days.
• Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Free shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once an order is delivered.

Product Sensitivities

• Konfi fragrances are crafted using premium aromatic ingredients. However, individual skin sensitivities may vary.
• We recommend a patch test before use.

Refunds or returns are not accepted for reactions due to personal sensitivities or allergies.

Non-Delivery Issues

• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
• Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
• Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted for prepaid orders.
• After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
